CD PRODUCTION & DEVELOPMENT - for ministries
Our rates are simple. $55 per CD for editing and setup. Then $2.50 each for duplication after that. (Includes Case) The low cost of editing is based on the belief that we will be allowed to do all of the duplication and thereby make back some of our time invested. We spend anywhere from 2 to 6 hours editing and creating the graphics for each label.
You will find that most duplication companies run around $2.00 per CD for minimum orders of 500 to 1000 and $1.00 for orders of about 10,000 or more. (We have no minimum order requirement.)
EDITING DETAILS
If the recording that you give us is a cassette tape, the audio tape is then recorded to a hard drive, using professional series Marantz Professional PMD502 rack mount audio deck and Adobe Audition professional sound editing software. All audio levels are then enhanced and tape hiss is removed. We then go through the whole recording removing any anomalies, (um's, ah's, stutters, long pauses etc.) In some cases we may need to deal with the tape changing sides and some content may be missing. we then edit to make sure there is continuity for the message. (In short we need to fix the missing content from the original recording of the tape changing directions.) After completion, we split the digital message into 5 minute segments and burn to a master CD.
CD LABEL
We make every effort to create a graphic for the label that will enhance the message. (no boring white labels) Well designed, attention grabbing labels sell more CD's.
MARKETING
After editing is completed, a 2 to 3 paragraph description of each message is written for marketing on your product table.

Shipping costs are not unreasonable using 3 day FedEx Express Saver, we recently shipped 13 CD's a Pastor in Ocala Florida for a total cost of $3.85

WEBSITE SETUP for CD Sales
We will also set up your Ministry with CFAITH.com or PayPal.com secure on-line ordering. This is an excellent way to get your product out there and provide visibility for your ministry. All shipping and handling costs are charged to the consumer. CFAITH.com fees are based on 20% of your product pricing (the advantage is all of the CFaith.com on-line product is faith based ministry) cost for PayPal fees are approximately 3%. Your ministry will be paid quarterly for all on-line sales from CFAITH. CFAITH usually requests at least 5 CDs that they sell on-line so they have your product in stock and available for delivery.
